Recipe for Thick BS Smoothie

Ingredients *Makes two servings

• 1 banana
• 1 cup soy milk
• about 7-8 frozen strawberries
• 1/4 cup frozen raspberries

Directions

1. Put all the fruits into a food processor or blender.
2. Add the milk.
3. Blend that sucker until it's nice and smoooooth.
